Barbara Oberto

The owner of Oberto & Associates, Barbara Oberto, has been involved in personnel recruitment since 1977. Her professional background includes eight years experience as an account executive for a nationwide search firm, during which time she recruited management and executive level personnel for the retail industry. From 1985 to 1987, she was Director of Physician Relations for Westworld Community Health Care, a hospital corporation with thirty-five hospitals nationwide. Since 1987, she has been the owner of Oberto & Associates. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California at Los Angeles and a masterÕs degree from Columbia University in New York City. Barbara was raised in southern California and moved to Ashland, Oregon in 1990. She makes it a point to visit her clients' communities and hospitals in her travels between Ashland and her home town of Los Angeles, as well as throughout Oregon, Washington, and the Pacific Northwest.
