Founded in 1987, Oberto & Associates is a well established physician search firm located in Oregon and serving client recruitment needs in all medical specialties. We are a member of the National Association of Physician Recruiters, a network adhering to high standards of excellence and innovation in the delivery of services to the health care industry. Our placement services are provided at no cost to the physician. All of our fees are paid by our client clinics or hospitals.

We specialize in placing health care providers primarily in Oregon, Washington, and California. We believe we can best represent client opportunities to physicians by specializing in the geographic area in which we live and with which we are personally familiar. For physicians interested in other regions within the U.S., our nationwide NAPR network consisting of over 230 cooperative member firms can provide our physician candidates with up-to-date information about specific opportunities in geographic areas outside of our region.
